Exhibitor, Categories 1, 2 & 3: (non-refundable): $150.00
Non-Profit, Category 4: (non-refundable): $50.00

NOTE: Application fee WILL NOT be refunded in case of cancellation; however, (if applicable) the $10 table rental will be. Once we receive your application and fees, we will notify you by email.

You agree to the CV Garden Club Terms and Conditions for the Garden Show by signing below.

On behalf of my organization I agree with these Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors/Vendors and submit this application to participate in this year’s Carmel Valley Garden Show. I agree to mail my check ($150.00 or $50) and table rental charge ($10) payable to Carmel Valley Garden Club. Mail payment to: P. O. Box 72, Carmel Valley, CA  93924
